They were incredibly responsive and very patient as we looked at home after home searching for the right fit. Because of timing and our remote location, we did much of our viewing through video tours and then in one packed in-person weekend that Amy coordinated carefully, helping us prioritize which houses to see, arranging all the times with the sellers and even lining up the tours for driving efficiency! They are familiar with all areas of the Cape and informative about what the different areas offer. Throughout the search process and especially after making our offer, Glenn was very helpful in outlining the overall process, providing contacts, and communicating with all parties to ensure everything stayed on track right through closing. They were great to work with throughout the entire process, consistently going above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with our choice. We highly recommend them.
